 • A security program is automatically installed upon the first setup to ensure safe transactions.

 • If the encryption program (XecureWeb Control) is not automatically installed or the screen stops for a long amount of time, set your PC environment again in the steps below:

1. Close all of the Internet Explorer windows in use.
2. Select [Start] -> [Control Panel] -> [Internet Options].
3. Select [Delete Files]. Then, select 'Delete All Offline Items'.
4. File the file. Select and click [Settings] -> 'Every visit to the page' . Then, click OK.
5. Select [Internet Properties] -> [Security]. Select [Custom Level] -> [Reset], and click OK.
6. Select [Internet Properties] -> [Security]. Then, select and click [Default Level].
7. Select [Internet Properties] -> [Connection] -> [LAN Settings]. Disable 'Use a proxy server for your LAN'.
8. Select [Internet Properties] -> [Advanced]. Then, select and click [Button for Restoring Defaults].
9. Select and click [Start] -> [Control Panel] -> [Remove/Add the Program].
10. Select XecureWeb Control. Click the 'Change/Remove' button to remove the program.
11. Access the Website of Korea Exchange Bank (http://www.ikeb.com) again.
